Project Libri Amici [1] (Friendly Books) by the Istituto superiore Einaudi-Grieco [2] in Foggia, coordinated by Prof. Emilia Formica, will participate in the 8th edition of the Global Junior Challenge [3] in the “Insertion of Youth into the Working World” Category.

The project is based on the collaboration between students and social assistance residences in Puglia. The students have developed three e-books as part of the project, honing their linguistic, communication and technological professional competences to improve their chances of accessing the labour market, whilst also contributing to the development of the local community.

The objective of the project is to promote “school-work” programmes, especially in areas affected by environmental issues, unemployment, macro and micro-criminality, school issues and university attendance.
