Project Summary (max. 2000 characters): 
In the partnership "Cultural Legacy towards Europe" the pupils, teachers and parents will be involved in various activities which will make them aquire knowledge about the cultures from different European countries. The children and teachers communicate their experiences and share them. For this purpose, a common website will be created and used by all the participating countries (including pupils, teachers, parents and the local community). So they will be aware of the similarities and differences between the cultures in the E.U. and respect them. That will be the major asset to realize a common quality work and to discover different countries.

Objectives and Innovative Aspects
What are the specific objectives of the project and what are the instruments used to achieve them?: 
The concrete objectives of the project are: - to become aware of their own culture and other European cultures - to develop knowledge and respect for the diversity of European countries by searching on the cultural identity of their region, country and of Europe - to promote each pupil’s cultural identity in their own region, country and in Europe - to get tolerant by comparing and reflecting on the results of the different projects - to broaden minds and convey knowledge of European countries during presentations to the children, teachers, parents and local community - to produce commonness by working on the same topics - to break up and overcome the usual barriers and stereotypes - to become an active and open-minded European citizen Subjects The focused subjects we intend to address are geography, history, arts, physical education (dancing), ICT and language. Furthermore the children will develop competences in presenting, promoting, teamworking, reflecting and evaluating. While working on this project, the children can discover and be creative, useful and tolerant part of the European society. Approaches During the project the children work in teams on different topics. They will be assisted by teachers and/or parents from their school. They make studies of their own area, country and on E.U., they find out about olden time jobs, famous characters and well-known monuments of their area and make a powerpoint-presentation. The children will write legends and create a virtual book on the common website. According to the legends, they will create pictures or sculptures which will be showed in an exhibition. The children will wear traditional clothes and will dance traditional dances, which will be filmed and published on the website. Traditional games will be played and described on the website, so that children from other countries can try these games themselves. Parents, children and teachers will cook traditional food and prepare a common meal. Recipes will be published on the website. The teachers will advance in their ICT-competence while communicating via email, skype and working on the common website. Furthermore the pupils will gather their know-how of reading, writing, speaking and being by using the website. Local communities will follow the progress through articles, internet, tv and radio. This project is based on pupil’s activities, by which they will be able to experience their own culture as well as the other cultures.

Each final product and the project will be evaluated by the pupils with a questionnaire written by the teachers. The teachers will evaluate the activities and the project during the workshops and at the end of our project. - Arts (paintings and sculptures) - Exhibition of the paintings and sculptures in each school

It's an eTwinning project aimed to promote development of active citizen, responsible towards the environment and culture, able to fit into an active and driving in the society of the 21st century.
Project Summary (max. 2000 characters): 
The theme of the project is tied to the four seasons. The sequence of the four seasons, in fact, determined by the rotational movement of the earth, means that in every part of the earth be repeated annually the same climatic conditions. This has an important role for all living beings in general, and for the man in particular. At different climatic conditions, in fact, man has responded by developing its own culture and its own way of life. Based on the consolidation and expansion of knowledge of their surroundings and starting from the fantasy world of fairy tales, students are guided through the WebQuest, the safe and responsible use of Web 2.0 tools and international collaboration, to become aware of ever wider areas and far between related, as well as the variety of natural elements and humans interacting in them.

Sometimes technical problems due to malfunctioning of ICT tools. Dearth of ICT tools in schools

The project will be implemented over the years in the different partner schools, which will also ensure the strengthening and greater understanding and cooperation among the various participating schools. Hopefully that will come into action even schools that have joined and which have not yet been able to work actively for the reasons are more varied. In this way the project will be implemented in other European countries.
