The project entitled Living in Europe: on highlands and lowlands created by the "Ada Negri" Primary School in Lodi Vecchio, received the President of the Republic Award and the Italian Posts Award 2007 at the fourth edition of the Global Junior Challenge.

 

The www.europe4kids.it website received the first prize in the eLearning category at the eContent Award Italy 2007. The event rewards high quality multimedia content and promotes creativity and innovation in the new media sector.

 

The "Living in Europe: on highlands and lowlands" Project, presented in the Education category was one of the finalist projects at the Stockholm Challenge Award 2008.

 

These are just a few of the official awards obtained by the teachers of the Istituto comprensivo di Lodi Vecchio. Moreover, further recognition is provided by the eContent Award Italy 2008 that has selected and evaluated content in the eBusiness, eCulture, eEntertainment, eGovernment, eHealth, eInclusion, eLearning and eScience categories. The best product in each category will officially represent Italy at the prestigious World Summit Award 2009.

 

The school site, Una finestra sulla scuola (A Window on the School), placed third in the elearning category.
