“Saboris Antigus”

Project Saboris Antigus is a rich example of collaborative educational work involving a network of 30 schools, teachers, food experts, multimedia communicators, 7600 students and, also, elderly citizens who have the longest memory of traditional food and culture in Sardegna. Project Saboris Antigus makes an effective use of multimedia and Internet to rescue Sardegna’s traditional food and flavours from potential extinction as a result of a “uniformizing” globalization, bringing them to life in the linguistic and cultural context that saw their development.
