IEarn Senegal, Senegal

Project IEarn Senegal effectively uses global solidarity to tackle the digital divide in Senegal’s education. The project is part of the global education movement IEarn that brings together teachers from all over the world to exchange experiences and work together in educational projects. IEarn Senegal facilitates the access of Senegalese teachers to the global IEarn resource, training them in the use of ICTs in order to improve skills, stimulate friendship with other countries, enhance job opportunities for the young and, generally, implement the Senegalese government’s effort to fight poverty through ICTs.
